Ney Drahterodieren GmbH, your expert in wire EDM, was founded in 1995 by Herbert Ney. Since February 1, 2021, Andreas Koch, who has been with the company for nearly 25 years, has been successfully leading the firm.

Through continuous investment, we consistently enhance quality, efficiency, and flexibility while reducing delivery times. In 2012, we automated our systems, which eliminated downtime for parts up to 15 kg.

Our modern machines, such as the CUT P 550 Pro, Agie Cut Progress VP2, VP3, and VP4 from GF Machining Solutions, guarantee the highest precision and surface quality up to Ra 0.2 in nearly all dimensions. The AC Progress VP4 also allows for the EDM of conical angles up to 45°.

Additionally, our machine park is expanded with a rotary spindle from Hirschmann and a start hole drilling machine. With the Contura 2G measuring machine from Carl Zeiss Messtechnik GmbH, we can precisely inspect even complex contours and accurately measure workpieces for robot pallets.
